What is your return and exchange policy?
Generally dissatisfied customers are requested to return the unworn merchandise with the tags attached, original packaging and the original invoice within seven or ten days of receipt. Usually the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Exchanges are generally accepted for a longer number of days.
If the customer wishes to make a return or exchange by mail, he or she is generally required to fill up the online return and exchange form with full information of the merchandise which will replace the original order. One requires to pack the return with a seal in the original package if possible. The original invoice has to be included. The package must be mailed to the seller’s address.
Can I have my purchases gift-wrapped?
Gift-wrapping is never a problem. It is available on almost all orders.
Do I pay sales taxes on the items I purchase?
Generally local customers have sales tax automatically added to their order. Fashion houses do not usually collect duties and taxes for international orders. However, everything depends on a particular customer’s charges. If a customer does incur additional charges, duties and taxes must be rendered in order for the purchase to clear customs.

How do you respond to international orders?
International orders cannot be guaranteed to reach the customer within the expected time as orders have to face customs which may postpone proceedings. Usually the fashion house cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or detained packages.

Fashion houses only collect personal information when a customer places an order or asks for information. Depending on the service the customer uses, the nature and volume of personal information gathered will differ. Fashion houses do not share, sell, rent or exchange any identifiable personal information to any third party whomsoever. How do I place an order?
The customer is asked to provide his or her name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address and the credit card number along with the expiration date. These data are used by the fashion house only to confirm, process and ship the order.
